Yes, we were sceptical about the "59 Days or I'll Sell It for FREE" guaranteed sale program that Pat offers. But, what did we have to lose. We priced our home at the price Pat recommended and it didn't sell within 59 days. After the 59 days had passed, Pat called us and suggested that we lower our price since his portion of the fee was going to be waived. So, we lowered the asking price to what Pat recommended and within 24 hours of lowering the price we got an offer that we negotiated to a contract. And no, Pat didn't charge us a dime.
